The maximum cargo weight that can be safely and legally loaded, when a triaxle chassis is used, for most US areas is: In a 20” container – 44,000 lbs (19,958kg) In a 40” container – 44,500 lbs (20,185kg).

At around 8 feet wide, it's in sync with your container width to ensure a secure journey. It stands roughly 4 feet tall, and its tare weight is about 7,055 pounds. Despite the 20ft chassis being lightweight, they can lug a gross cargo weight of around 65,000 pounds, container and all — they are real workhorses.

However, if you wanted a 20-foot-long by 80-inch-wide trailer, you could choose between two axles that can carry either 3,500 or 5,200 pounds each. Our longest and widest trailer could potentially haul over 10,000 pounds of cargo.
